2022 Terrason Macclesfield Chardonnay

Due to the low yields of the 2022 harvest, we only made one puncheon of this wine. Hand-picked Chardonnay from the Cordillera Vineyard at Macclesfield in the Upper Yarra Valley. Pressed with full solids to one seasoned Puncheon and a barrique which were later combined once fermentation settled down. Eleven months on lees before being gravity racked to the tank in preparation for bottling.
